By dedicating a special label of DUBL – the award-winning Campanian Metodo Classico and a pioneer in sparkling wines made from indigenous grape varieties – to the Theatre, a recurring project is born.

The Teatro di San Carlo: a timeless symbol of elegance
Inaugurated in 1737, the Teatro di San Carlo is one of the masterpieces of European architecture, renowned for its perfect acoustics and unparalleled elegance. Its gilded vaults, prestigious red velvets, and iconic opera boxes bear witness to a long and illustrious history in which Naples emerged as a cultural capital of the world. A longstanding landmark of opera, the Theatre is the beating heart of Naples’ musical tradition—a tradition that continues to evolve this season with the BE LUMINOUS programme.

A special release of just 3,000 bottles, created to honor the oldest opera house in Europe still in activity, through a multi-year collaboration destined to leave a lasting mark.
A special wine has been dedicated to this partnership: a 2017 Greco Millesimato, aged 84 months on the lees, embodying the perfection and elegance of a Metodo Classico poised to make history.
The elegant dark label—so understated it blends seamlessly with the bottle to highlight its perfect lines—is embellished with the historic logo of the Teatro di San Carlo, printed in a silver ink that catches and reflects the light.
An invitation to be illuminated by the theatre and its music, to reflect that light, and to nourish it with new perspectives.
